So, I obtained a copy when it was offered a free book back in 2012! Yes, my TBR list is that long; regardless, surely someone else downloaded the book.This is a fine effort with an abrupt ending (which left me twitchy? confused? - yes to both). Mr. Halsall has great potential, the story was intriguing. It could do with an editor with a red pen to tighten up some areas and to correct obvious typos (my particular pet peeve). There is a second book in the series, by the title of Payback which ties up some of the loose ends in this book. I suggest reading both, although this is the first book in the series, Payback suffered from need of an editor as it wasn't as "readable" as this volume.
