The facts about the different countries helps the reader learn about the location and brings the missionary kids stories to life. The illustrations are wonderful. I loved reading this book it is not only for kids but kids at heart. It discribes different cultures and gives the reader a lesson in geography I truly enjoyed it.
Where has this book been? It helps fill a very important area for children. The book gives lots of information (in kid speak), generates questions while being fun and opens children's minds to the world around them. Love the artwork!

Great book to expand our ethnocentric thinking for both adults and kids. Jennifer gives us a glimpse into the worlds of six missionary kids around the globe and the different roles their missionary parents play. She paints a beautiful picture of their culture, language, climate, geography and religion. Educational and kid-friendly, it also challenges them to consider a future in missions.

Those reading the various stories are able to see how different life is in various countries, as well as how individuals & families can serve and love others in different cultures. The stories are fun and the pictures are colorful, it is a great read!
